1. National Helpline Service Delivery Manager
As the leader of helpline operations, you will oversee daily activities to ensure we deliver an efficient and high quality service. You’ll manage recruitment and staffing to build a capable team and implement effective training programs to maintain service standards and compliance with policies and regulations. Your leadership will drive a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional helpline support.
2. Helpline Call Handler
The Helpline Call Handler is the first point of contact for all individuals reaching out to the National Honour Based Abuse Helpline and online service. This role involves providing comprehensive support to both female and male service users, addressing their immediate needs and advocating on their behalf to ensure their safety and well-being.
